9.5" AXLE ASSY 2010 GM VAN 3500 3.4

This Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-260 is a remanufactured complete rear axle assembly designed for the 2010 GM Van 3500. It features a 9.5-inch GM 14 Bolt ring gear, semi-float axles, and a 3.42 ratio. Each assembly undergoes a rigorous rebuilding process, including inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear, and all internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, carriers) are inspected and tested. All bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. The axle tubes are inspected for OEM straightness, and the housing undergoes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning to restore an OEM finish. This assembly is specifically for vehicles without Active Brake Control (JL4) and without Posi Traction, and it excludes Cutaway Cab models. It does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
