Description

Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are remanufactured to high quality standards. Inspections cover straightness, cracks, wear of tubes and housings. All internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, carriers) are inspected and tested. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are 100% replaced. Gears inspected for optimal tooth contact and correct rolling torque. Cleaning process involves hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning.
