The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-212H-P is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically designed for 2012-2013 Ford F-150 models equipped with a 9.75-inch ring gear, 3.55 ratio, 6-lug axles, and Posi Traction. This remanufactured assembly is built to exacting standards to ensure longevity and performance. Zumbrota Drivetrain's process includes straightening all tubes to OEM specifications and testing housings for surface wear and cracks. Every internal component, from the ring and pinion gears to the clutch packs and carrier, receives a 100% inspection. Furthermore, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. The housing undergoes a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore it to an OEM finish. Precision setup is achieved by establishing correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements, ensuring optimal setup and extended lifespan.
