The MAMBATEK 17201-74080 is a performance-oriented, high-flow turbocharger turbine wheel, specifically designed as an upgrade for certain Toyota 3SGTE engines. This component is constructed from durable 713C Inconel, featuring a 9-blade design aimed at optimizing exhaust flow. By reducing back pressure, this turbine wheel is intended to deliver increased horsepower, particularly at higher engine speeds. It directly replaces the stock 10-blade turbine wheel on 1994 and later Toyota MR2 Rev3 CT20B models, compatible with part numbers 17201-74040, 17201-74070, and 17201-74080. The precise specifications include an inducer diameter of 59.7mm, an exducer diameter of 50.0mm, a journal bearing size of 8.5mm, and a compressor wheel bore of 5.7mm. It is crucial to note that this turbine wheel is not compatible with the TOYOTA 3S-GTE CT26 or 1JZ/2JZ CT20 turbine wheels.
