9-Inch 4-Link Lift Kit with Pro-Ride Coil Springs

The BDS Suspension 9-inch 4-Link Lift Kit is engineered to elevate the performance, stance, and capability of 2020-2022 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks. This comprehensive system provides the necessary clearance for aggressive up to 40-inch tires, transforming your vehicle for off-road adventures or enhanced road presence. The front of the kit features a 4-Link conversion, replacing the factory radius arms with heavy-duty steel brackets and control arms. This upgrade optimizes suspension geometry, corrects axle positioning, and limits caster changes during wheel travel, leading to improved handling, stability, and strength. Diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs ensure the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride. Steering correction is addressed with a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket, complemented by sway bar relocation and bump stop extensions. Stainless steel braided brake lines and an NX2 steering stabilizer are also included, with a choice of NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. To accommodate the significant lift and maintain proper driveline angles, the kit includes a precision-built transfer case indexing ring with ARP studs to clock the transfer case. A high-clearance transmission crossmember is supplied for adequate clearance. In the rear, full replacement Glideride leaf springs provide the full lift height, increased capacity, and incorporate a built-in overload spring. U-bolts and brake line brackets are also part of the rear setup, paired with shocks that match the front selection. Installation is designed to be straightforward and 100% bolt-on, minimizing complexity. The kit is recommended for use with 40x13.5 tires mounted on 17x10 wheels with a 5-inch backspace, though some trimming may be required.
