9-Inch 4-Link Suspension Lift Kit w/ FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-overs

The BDS Suspension 1959FPE lift kit is engineered to elevate the stance, performance, and capability of 2020-2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks. This comprehensive 9-inch lift system incorporates a 4-Link conversion for the front suspension and utilizes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks, along with secondary FOX shocks, to provide enhanced on-road comfort and off-road performance. The system is designed to accommodate up to 40-inch tires, with specific fitment notes regarding tire size and potential trimming. In the front, the kit features diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coil-overs mounted in the factory location, a 4-Link control arm conversion to optimize suspension geometry and improve handling, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. To maintain proper driveline angles at this lift height, a precision-built transfer case indexing ring with ARP studs and a high-clearance transmission crossmember are included. The 4-Link conversion replaces the factory radius arms with high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets and HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning and limit caster change. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks feature remote reservoirs for increased fluid capacity and cooling, with DSC adjusters allowing for precise tuning of low-speed and high-speed compression. Important notes for installation and compatibility include: the transfer case indexing ring is specifically for diesel models and will not fit gas models with the 6R100 transmission. If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a carrier-bearing drop kit may be required. The kit fits SRW (Single Rear Wheel) models only. A factory rear sway bar may require an additional BDS123009 kit. Installation is rated as difficult with an estimated time of 12 hours.
