The VELVAC 016276 is a 90-degree male swivel elbow push-lock air brake fitting. It is designed for use with SAE J844 nylon tubing and meets DOT 49 CFR 571.106 compliance. The fitting features a high-strength composite body with a brass pipe fitting end, offering weight savings compared to all-brass fittings.

This fitting operates within a temperature range of -45° F to +140° F and can handle a maximum operating pressure of 145 psi. It meets SAE J1131 performance requirements. The swivel feature on the elbow allows for easy positioning during installation, and the positive release bushing simplifies tubing insertion and removal. Thread sealant is pre-applied to male pipe threads to expedite installation.
