The VELVAC 016264 is a 90-degree male swivel elbow push-lock air brake fitting. It is designed for use with SAE J844 nylon tubing and meets DOT 49 CFR 571.106 compliance. This fitting features a high-strength composite body with a brass pipe fitting end, offering weight savings over all-brass fittings. It operates within a temperature range of -45° F to +140° F and a maximum pressure of 145 psi.

The swivel feature on the elbow allows for easy positioning, and it includes a positive release bushing for simple tubing insertion and removal. Thread sealant is pre-applied to all male pipe threads for convenience. The engineered tube retention system and seal design provide superior holding and side load capabilities.
