90mm Billet Aluminum Throttle Body

The Ross Machine Racing 90mm Throttle Body is precision-engineered for performance applications. It is constructed from robust 6061 billet aluminum with a CNC-machined, split-shaft design made of stainless steel. This throttle body boasts a Black Anodize finish and features the Ross Machine Racing logo. Key features include a 90mm diameter blade, a 2.7" throttle cable pulley, and a Vibrant 3.5" Adapter connection. It utilizes the same 4-bolt mounting pattern as the 86-93 5.0L Mustang throttle body and includes M8x45mm screws and washers. A 4" O-ring is pre-installed in the back for a secure seal, and a needle bearing with a seal is incorporated to minimize leakage. The total thickness, including the hose mount, is 2-1/2 inches. This throttle body is designed for use with a Vibrant 3.5" HD Clamp Assembly, which is sold separately. It is compatible with the 86-93 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 V8 and any intake manifold using the Ford 5.0 bolt pattern.
