90mm Front Mount Intercooler

The AIRTEC Motorsport ATINTVOL1 is a front mount intercooler upgrade engineered for Volvo C30 T5, V50 T5, and S40 T5 models. Developed in-house, this intercooler boasts a substantial 90mm core and meticulously designed end tanks, proven to significantly lower intake air temperatures. Its design allows it to bolt directly to the bottom of the radiator cradle, avoiding the added weight to standard radiator mounts commonly associated with other alloy intercoolers. Installation is straightforward, with the intercooler kit including all necessary brackets, fixtures, and fittings. Buyers can choose between a natural silver finish for a classic look or a Pro-Series satin black finish for a more understated, stealthy appearance. An optional big boost pipe kit in black is also available to complement the intercooler. The performance benefits are demonstrated by test results comparing the standard Volvo C30 intercooler to the AIRTEC unit. For example, in one test, the standard intercooler outlet temperature was 57 degrees Celsius, while the AIRTEC intercooler achieved an outlet temperature of 20 degrees Celsius under similar inlet conditions.
