Overview

The AIRTEC intercooler is a front-mounted intercooler designed for the Volvo C30 T5. It features a 90mm core and is proven to lower intake temperatures. This intercooler also fits the Volvo V50 T5 and S40 T5 models.

The unit bolts onto the bottom of the radiator cradle, minimizing added weight on the standard radiator mounts. It comes complete with all necessary brackets, fixtures, and fittings for installation.

The AIRTEC Motorsport front-mounted intercooler is specifically engineered for the Volvo C30 T5, with a substantial 90mm core designed to significantly reduce intake air temperatures. Developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ, this intercooler has been rigorously tested and proven effective. Constructed with smooth-flowing end tanks and a large core, it bolts directly to the bottom of the radiator cradle. This mounting method ensures minimal added weight on the standard radiator mounts, differentiating it from other alloy intercoolers on the market. The intercooler is available in a natural silver finish or a Pro-Series satin black for a stealthier appearance. An optional big boost pipe kit is also available in black. The product has been DYNO TESTED, with data showing a reduction in outlet temperatures from 57-59 degrees Celsius in stock form to 20-24 degrees Celsius with the AIRTEC intercooler. Dimensions: Width: 325mm, Height: 165mm, Depth: 90mm. It is compatible with Volvo C30 T5, V50 T5, and S40 T5 models. The Registered Design Right number is 6022636, and the AIRTEC part number is ATINTVOL1.
