90mm Throttle Body

The Ross Machine Racing 90mm Throttle Body is engineered for optimal engine performance through improved airflow. Constructed from CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum with a durable stainless steel shaft, this throttle body boasts a 90mm diameter blade. It integrates a 4" hose adapter with an installed O-ring for a secure seal and utilizes a needle bearing with a seal to reduce potential air leaks. A split shaft design and a black anodized finish with the Ross Machine Racing logo add to its quality construction. Key features include the use of the same 4-bolt mounting pattern found on 86-93 5.0L Mustang throttle bodies, with M8x45mm screws and washers provided. The total thickness, including the hose mount, is 2-1/2 inches, and it maintains a standard Mustang clockwise rotation. A cable mounting bracket is pre-installed, and a 2.7" throttle cable pulley is included for user convenience. This throttle body is designed to fit any Honda K-Series Intake Manifold that utilizes a Ford 5.0 Bolt Pattern. It's important to note that while the product shares a bolt pattern with older Mustangs, it is specifically intended for K-Series Honda applications with the specified manifold pattern.
