90mm Throttle Body

The BBK Performance 90mm throttle body is engineered to enhance the performance of Hemi-powered vehicles, offering increased throttle response and acceleration by allowing greater airflow into the engine. This upgrade is suitable for 6.1L, 6.4L, or modified and supercharged engines. It is NOT recommended for STOCK 5.7L Hemi applications, for which part #1842 is suggested. It includes OEM quality throttle gear, double-sealed bearings, and o-ringed throttle shafts for durability. The unit is designed and manufactured in the USA and comes with new OEM electronics. Installation is straightforward as it is designed as a direct fit replacement. However, some Durango applications may require a throttle body harness adapter. While often functional with a factory tune, a tune is sometimes recommended depending on other modifications and ECM sensitivity to optimize performance. This throttle body is C.A.R.B. Approved (EO Number D-245-21) and legal for use on specific 2013-2016 5.7L and 2011-2016 6.4L Hemi applications in all 50 states.
