90mm to 78mm Throttle Body Adapter Module

The Torque Rush Performance X-Link Module enables the installation of larger 90mm 6-pin throttle bodies (like LS2, LS3, LS7, L76, L99) onto GM and Holden vehicles originally fitted with a 78mm 8-pin electronic throttle control (ETC) system. Its robust, all-automotive class construction ensures durability, and it maintains the critical independence of the two throttle position sensor signals. Installation is straightforward with a plug-and-play design that integrates with your vehicle's original throttle actuator control (TAC) module and pedal assembly. The X-Link facilitates improved airflow for turbocharged or high-output naturally aspirated applications, and contributes to smoother, crisper, and more responsive throttle operation. It simplifies engine swaps and allows for the use of larger throttle bodies in intake and induction modifications. Specific applications include 2003-2006 and 2007 Classic Full-Size GM trucks, 2004 SSR, and 2004-2005 Holden VZ LS1 vehicles. Note that certain throttle bodies require specific X-Link versions: LS3 throttle bodies require the Gold or C1 versions, while LS2 90mm car-style throttle bodies require the previous Silver or C1 versions. Throttle bodies, other than Nick Williams 103mm, must be original GM/ACDelco parts. The X-Link is not compatible with aftermarket throttle bodies using magnetic sensors or those not calibrated to GM specifications; for these, a programmable D2A module is recommended. In some instances, the electric motor in non-GM throttle bodies may not be compatible with the 03-07 throttle control system.
