911 Turbo/930 Sport Headers

The Fabspeed 1976-1989 Porsche 911 Turbo/930 Sport Headers with Heat are engineered to enhance power delivery in the lower RPM range, offering a significant improvement over the restrictive stock heat exchangers. Constructed from durable 14-16 gauge T304 stainless steel, these headers feature C.N.C. mandrel bent tubing and a high-velocity, 3-in-1 pyramidal investment cast merge collector designed for optimized exhaust scavenging. This comprehensive kit includes all necessary components for a clean installation. It features a drip accumulator with double swivels and Aeroquip lines with adapters, along with a graphite steel layered gasket. Additionally, 7/8” custom braided oil lines with 30mm radius Porsche-style ball ends and OEM fittings are provided to replace the stock oil lines. The headers are designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the OEM heat exchangers and are compatible with both the stock turbocharger and the K27 turbocharger. Installation is straightforward, intended as a simple DIY process with no cutting or welding required. For the Slantnose 'Flachbau' models, a separate Slantnose Oil Line Kit is required. After the initial heat cycle, all exhaust bolts should be tightened to OEM torque specs to ensure a proper header seal.
