91mm Throttle Body

The Soler Performance 91mm throttle body is a premium, modified, ported, and calibrated unit designed to significantly enhance engine airflow and performance. With an effective bore measuring 91 mm, it increases airflow by 16% over the OEM 970 SCFM, achieving a performance flow of 1128 +/- 20 SCFM @ 20.4” of water vacuum. This component is crafted from durable aluminum and features a precise 16 Ra Microinch, Diamond Polished surface finish for optimal performance and longevity. Designed for a wide range of GM 6.2L engines, this throttle body fits various Corvette (C7/C8 LT1, LT2, LT4), Camaro (SS/ZL1 LT1, LT4), Cadillac (CTS-V, CT5-V Blackwing), Silverado/Suburban (L86, L87, L96), and Sierra/Yukon (L86, L87, L96) models from 2014 onwards. It also fits L83 engines (5.3L) when used with the SE8223-87-80 adapter kit. For newer trucks and SUVs (2022+), P/N SE9160-91 is recommended. Key features include optimized active contours, sonic flow nozzles, a ported taper and upstream bore with a velocity stack, and a greater discharge coefficient at the plate/blade interface. The shaftless high-pressure side of the blade ensures a larger WOT flow area, and the self-cleaning throat/flow gap, dome and thread-locked screws, and dimpled shaft trailing edge contribute to its advanced design.
