Carver Custom-Fit™ Trailerable Boat Covers are proudly made in South Carolina, USA, and are designed to provide a perfect fit for specific boat models. These covers are constructed with solution-dyed, marine-grade fabrics like Sunbrella®, Outdura®, or Sun-Dura™, ensuring excellent fade resistance and breathability. Key features include double-stitched seams with weather-resistant anti-wick thread, four-ply folded join seams, and durable reinforcements at major wear points.

Each cover is trailerable at reasonable speeds when properly cinched and tied down, and includes 12 free heavy-duty tie-down straps (6 on smaller covers) connected to sturdy, offset "V" tie-down loops in the hem for strength and reduced strap twisting. A heavy-duty 1/4-inch cinch rope (not elastic cord) is sewn into the hem, allowing for a tight fit below the rub rail. Optional support poles can be used with sewn-in pads. A motor cover is included on most outboard models.

These covers are designed for use on a trailer, dry stack, or float dock. They do not use snaps and are generally not suitable for in-water mooring due to specific cover styles and draw-rope exit locations. It is crucial to ensure this is the exact cover for your boat model and year, as custom covers may be subject to restocking fees if returned.
