Description

The Remflex 9004 is a graphite exhaust header gasket designed for specific Suzuki L4 engines. It features a 100 percent flexible graphite construction effective up to 3,000 degrees F.

This gasket is designed to rebound 30 percent when tightened, creating an optimal seal without the need for re-torquing. Its ability to crush up to 50 percent allows it to fill uneven header flanges, preventing exhaust leaks. The gasket has a round port style with dimensions of 1.281 inches in height and width, and a thickness of 0.125 inches.
