The unit is finished in a tough anodized coating to resist wear in demanding engine bay environments. Key technical features include a dedicated IAC port opening specifically sized to eliminate the whistling sounds common in inferior throttle bodies. The throttle body includes a vacuum hose nipple that is left unpressed upon delivery; this allows builders the flexibility to drill and tap the port for turbocharger applications or to utilize custom-bent lines for a cleaner engine aesthetic. The design includes a standard TPS sensor port for integration with your engine management system. Compatibility requires the use of a Holley 543-34 or ACDelco 17113598 IAC valve and a Holley 870001 or ACDelco 17123852 TPS.
