The Nitrous Outlet GM 05-09 Corvette 92mm Intake Plate System is a wet nitrous system designed for 2005-2009 Corvettes with a 92mm intake manifold. This system features a billet aluminum plate with six discharge ports for optimized fuel and nitrous atomization.

It includes hardware, gaskets, electrical components, and jetting to support 50-200 HP, with flow capabilities reaching up to 400 HP using additional jetting.

The Nitrous Outlet GM 05-09 Corvette 92mm Intake Plate System provides a targeted performance solution for 2005-2009 C6 Corvettes. Engineered as a complete wet nitrous package, it includes a billet aluminum injection plate, solenoid brackets, pre-bent hardlines, and a fuel rail adapter for a seamless, application-specific installation. Technical specifications include compatibility with both gasoline and E85 fuel systems and solenoid capacity rated for 400+ HP. The kit ships with jetting for 50, 100, 150, and 200 HP configurations, though the system is capable of supporting up to 400 HP with supplemental jets. An integrated wide-open throttle (WOT) switch is included as a safety feature to help prevent engine damage and lean spikes by ensuring the system only activates at full throttle. This system is specifically configured for 2005-2009 Corvette 92mm intake manifolds and is also compatible with aftermarket 92mm intakes such as the FAST 92mm. It is important to note that performance and fuel requirements vary by jetting level, and professional tuning or specific configuration for E85 usage may be necessary to ensure optimal safety and performance.
