This Carver® 10804A Custom-Fit™ Trailerable Boat Cover is patterned from the exact Year, Make & Model boat setup, guaranteeing a perfect fit. It is offered in three Solution-Dyed Marine Grade fabrics: Sunbrella®/Outdura® (9.25 oz./sq.yd. Pure Marine Acrylic), Sun-DURA™ (7.6 oz. trailerable), and Poly-Flex II. It features double-stitched seams with weather-resistant anti-wick thread, folded four-ply join seams, and durable reinforcements at major wear points. It is trailerable at reasonable speeds with 12 free heavy-duty tie-down straps (6 on smaller covers) connected to sturdy tie-down loops. It includes 1 or 2 pads with snaps for optional support poles and a motor cover on most outboard models. The cover accommodates a swim platform up to 30" deep and a tower mounted over the windshield not exceeding 24" behind the wing, with a maximum tower height allowance of 68" from the top of the gunwale. It does not fit non-factory-installed arches, tops, or towers, nor is it intended for lift use or in-water mooring due to specific cover styles and draw-rope exit locations.
