Carver® Boat Covers are made in South Carolina, USA, and have been for over 40 years. This specific cover (12817A) is custom-patterned and guaranteed to fit the 1994-1998 Sunbird® Corsair 180 Bowrider, O/B perfectly. It is offered in three Solution-Dyed Marine Grade fabrics, which means the dye goes completely through the threads to reduce fading. The cover features double-stitched construction with weather-resistant anti-wick thread and folded four-ply join seams (no raw edges). Durable reinforcements are sewn in at major wear points for added strength. It is trailerable at reasonable speeds when properly cinched and tied down. Included are 12 free heavy-duty tie-down straps (6 on smaller covers) connected to sturdy, double-sewn tie-down loops in an offset "V" for strength and to prevent strap twisting. The cover also includes 1 or 2 pads with snaps sewn inside for optional support poles and a motor cover on most outboard models. Fitment Notes (as per description): Guaranteed to fit the 1994-1998 Sunbird® Corsair 180 Bowrider, O/B. Suitable for use on a trailer, dry stack, or float dock. Does not use snaps. Features a heavy-duty 1/4-inch cinch rope sewn into the hem to cinch tightly around the boat below the rub rail. Fits standard integrated fiberglass swim platforms. It does NOT fit other boat models or years, wakeboard towers, folded or upright bimini-tops, radar arches, camper-tops, T-tops, hard-tops, ski tow pylons, non-integrated swim platforms, bow or stern-mounted trolling motors, or raised/protruding antennas, brackets, winches, mirrors, or rod holders unless specifically stated. It will not fit any non-factory-installed arch, top, or tower. Not intended for lift use and may not be suitable for in-water mooring due to specific cover styles and hem/draw-rope exit locations.
