94mm Bore Aluminum Engine Case

The EMPI AL-16-01698 is an aluminum engine case designed for high-performance air-cooled engines. It features a 94mm bore, is clearanced for up to 86mm stroke crankshafts, and is drilled and tapped for full-flow oiling. This case offers superior structural integrity compared to traditional magnesium cases.

Constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy and fully CNC machined, this case is ready for big-bore cylinders. It includes a "Bubble Top" raised roof design for stroker clearance, shuffle pins on all main saddles to prevent case half movement, and reinforcement in critical areas. It is designed for 10mm head studs.
