Overview

The Silv-O-Lite Hypereutectic Piston 3442HC.5MM is a replacement piston designed for various GM L4 engines. This piston features a dish style with no valve reliefs and is constructed from hypereutectic aluminum alloy for increased strength, scuff resistance, and seizure resistance.

It has a bore of 90.500mm (3.563 in.) and a compression height of 1.170 in. The piston also includes a coated skirt and measures 2.400 inches in diameter with a recessed head. This set is sold as a set of 4 and includes a press-fit wrist pin. Piston rings are not included, but the piston is designed for 1.20mm x 1.50mm x 3.00mm ring thickness.
