The Currie 60 complete bolt-in rear performance axle assembly for the 1997-2006 Jeep TJ and LJ features a high-pinion design and exclusive rotated center section, a combination that delivers superior driveshaft clearance and obstacle slide-over with a healthy dose of strength. It is built with 3-inch diameter x 0.5-inch wall DOM axle tubes and 35-spline semi-float axles for maximum strength and durability. Equipped with 11-inch Explorer disc brakes featuring an internal parking brake for enhanced stopping power and an integrated AR400 hardened steel skid plate for protection, this axle is built to handle any off-road challenge. The axle is optimized for 4” lift kits with 5 degrees of pinion angle to reduce driveshaft angle and 5 degrees of caster for improved steering. It comes with a black satin powder coat finish for long-lasting protection.
