The Oracal 970RA Premium Wrapping Cast is a premium multi-layered cast PVC film engineered for long-term, full vehicle wraps. Featuring a dual-layer construction, this wrap combines color and a transparent protective layer to provide a durable, paint-like finish without the need for additional lamination. The 4.25 mil thick film is built for excellent conformability, allowing it to adhere smoothly over deep recesses, rivets, corrugations, and complex curves. Equipped with Oracal's patented RapidAir technology, the film includes a solvent-based, repositionable permanent adhesive that significantly reduces installation time by facilitating air egress for a smooth, bubble-free application. Its 60-inch width allows for seamless coverage on larger body panels such as hoods and roofs. The product is rated for outdoor durability of up to 10-12 years and can be applied to most relatively non-porous surfaces, including paint, metal, and plastic trim.
