The system is engineered for performance increases, featuring large-diameter mandrel-bent piping, high-flow mufflers, and minimal restriction. It is available in durable aluminized steel or premium stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Most systems are designed for a straightforward, bolt-on installation with little to no drilling or welding, including all necessary components like vehicle-specific tubing, mufflers, clamps, hangers, exhaust tips, and hardware.

This dual out American Thunder cat-back exhaust system is the perfect choice with a 2.50-inch flanged pipe connecting directly to the catalytic converters, the mandrel-bent aluminized steel inlet tubes flow into a large case Super 40 Series performance mufflers for a deep powerful sound.The system uses the factory hanger locations for an easy installation and features dual 2.50-inch mandrel-bent tailpipes exiting out the back and are finished off with dual 3.00-inch polished stainless steel tips for a muscular look and sound. American Thunder systems deliver a moderate to aggressive exterior tone with a mild-moderate interior tone and are best suited for the enthusiast who wants their performance to be heard. Like all Flowmaster systems, the benefits include improved throttle response, power and mileage. Designed for an easy fit, these systems include all necessary parts and hardware for easy installation. Comes with our 3-year Limited Warranty.
