Show original supplier description
The Weistec Engineering 9G 725.9 TCU Tune is a specialized software upgrade for your vehicle's transmission control unit. This tune is engineered to enhance the performance and responsiveness of your Mercedes-Benz's 9-speed transmission. The primary benefits of this TCU tune include significantly faster and firmer gear shifts. This is achieved through optimized target shift times and increased line pressure within the transmission. The higher line pressure not only contributes to more decisive shifts but also plays a crucial role in reducing transmission slip and effectively increasing the overall torque capacity of your transmission, allowing it to handle more power more reliably. This tune is compatible with a range of high-performance Mercedes-Benz AMG models, including the S63, E63, GT 63, C63, and GLC63. It is designed to integrate seamlessly with the 9G-TRONIC (725.9) transmission found in these vehicles. Advertised gains are estimates and represent potential improvements at the engine, not necessarily at the wheels.
