The system utilizes V-band clamps for a seamless and leak-free installation, ensuring precise fitment and easier alignment compared to traditional slip-fit connections. It is engineered with ample clearance for undercarriage and suspension components, preventing scraping on driveways or speed bumps. This exhaust is constructed from stainless steel and is compatible with naturally aspirated, supercharged, and turbocharged K24 engines. The system uses factory hanger locations for a straightforward bolt-on installation and includes all necessary gaskets and hardware. This exhaust system is available for two specific fitments: the 2-door Coupe (FG4 chassis code) and the 4-door Sedan (FB6 chassis code) for the 2012-2015 Honda Civic Si models. It also fits the 2013-2015 Acura ILX. Early 2012-2015 ILX models may require rear bumper trimming for optimal fitment. The provided gasket is intended for use with aftermarket downpipes; for OEM downpipes, a new OEM crush gasket is recommended. Additionally, some rear heat shielding may require minor adjustments.
