Description

Chevy 383 Stroker Base Engine with 525HP and 515 TQ. Features an OE roller block, 4 bolt main, 1pc seal (1996-2000), 4.040 x 3.750 bore/stroke, Scat 4340 forged external balance crankshaft, Scat 4340 forged H beam rods with ARP 8740 bolts, Forged 10.2:1 compression pistons, Moly rings, Hyd. roller camshaft (246/250 @50 .603in/.609ex 110LSA), Double roller timing chain, ATK aluminum 72cc/220cc 2.08/1.60 cylinder heads, Billet aluminum 1.6 roller rockers, Moroso 7qt oil pan with windage tray, and a Melling oil pump. Designed for external balance 168 tooth flexplate/flywheel (with Scat kit).
