Designed as a direct replacement, this assembly features a 3.73 gear ratio paired with a Posi Traction differential for improved grip and handling. The assembly utilizes an AAM 10.5-inch ring gear and is constructed with meticulous attention to detail. All axle tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are rigorously tested for wear and cracks. Internals, including ring and pinion sets, gears, clutches, and carriers, receive a comprehensive 100% inspection. To ensure optimal performance and longevity, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new components. The housing is then hydro-blasted and cleaned to an OEM finish, with correct rolling torque established for precision setup.
