The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2159C is a remanufactured AAM 11.5" axle assembly with a 3.73 gear ratio and Posi Limited Slip Differential.

This axle assembly is rebuilt to high standards of precision and reliability. It features 100% replacement of bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. All housings are cleaned using hydro-blasting and sandblasting, and internal components are inspected and tested.

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2159C is a remanufactured AAM 11.5" axle assembly designed for specific Chrysler Dodge Ram applications. It features a 3.73 gear ratio, 4WD capability, and includes a Posi Limited Slip Differential (LSD) and a damper. This axle assembly is rebuilt to the highest quality standards for precision and reliability. Each unit undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected and tested. Zumbrota Drivetrain replaces all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and set to precise rolling torque using inch-pound measurements for longevity. Backlash is set correctly for lubrication and quiet operation, and axle tubes are checked for OEM straightness standards. Zumbrota employs an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-peening deep cleaning process for internal and external parts, setting a high standard for axle assembly remanufacturing. All housings are tested for wear and cracks and straightened to OEM specifications. This axle assembly is specifically designed for 2004-2007 Chrysler Ram 1500 Mega Cab, 2500, and SRW 3500 models with a 3.73 gear ratio and 4WD.
