AAM 11.5" Axle Assembly 4.10 Posi Traction

The Zumbrota Drivetrain AAM 11.5" Axle Assembly is a meticulously remanufactured unit engineered for specific 2007-2008 Dodge Ram 3500 Single Rear Wheel (SRW) Cab Chassis applications. This assembly boasts a 4.10 gear ratio and Posi Traction, designed to deliver enhanced durability and improved performance for your heavy-duty truck. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain ensures the highest quality standards. All axle tubes are inspected and straightened to meet OEM specifications, and housings are thoroughly tested for surface wear and cracks. Internally, every component, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, undergoes a 100% inspection. To guarantee optimal function and longevity, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The housings are then cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process, restoring them to an OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is established for precision setup. It is compatible with both 2WD and 4WD configurations for the specified model years. Please note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
