This AAM 11.5" Rear Axle Assembly from Zumbrota Drivetrain (part number RAA435-2085B-30) is rebuilt to high standards of precision and reliability. Each assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. Bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. Axle tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications. The assembly undergoes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning. This unit features a 4.10 ratio, Posi Traction, and a 30mm U-joint cap diameter. It does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
