This AAM 11.5" Rear Axle Assembly, remanufactured by Zumbrota Drivetrain, is designed for '01-'07 GM 3500 series pickup trucks with Dual Rear Wheels (DRW), Automatic or 5-Speed Manual Transmissions, and Brake Option JH7. It features a 4.10 gear ratio, Posi Traction, and a 1415 U-Joint with a 30MM U-Joint Cap Diameter. The assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts. Zumbrota Drivetrain ensures high quality through thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and wear, with all internal components, bearings, and seals replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. The remanufacturing process includes exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting for internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning.
