Remanufactured AAM 11.5" Rear Axle Assembly for '01-'07 GM 3500 Cab Chassis. Features automatic (A/T) or 5-speed manual transmission (5MT) compatibility, wide track (GTY), and a 4.10 ratio with a 35mm U-joint. Each assembly undergoes a rigorous rebuilding process including inspection for straightness, cracks, surface wear, and testing of all internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, carriers). All bearings and seals are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns, correct rolling torque, and backlash for proper lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are verified to OEM straightness standards. Utilizes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning for internal and external parts. Does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
