This remanufactured rear axle assembly is designed for precision and reliability. Each unit undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are meticulously inspected and tested. Bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are inspected to ensure optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. The assembly features proper gear backlash for lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM straightness, and the unit is treated with a hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process.
