Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are remanufactured to high-quality standards. They undergo thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and wear. Internal components are inspected and tested, and all bearings and seals are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact and correct rolling torque. Axle tubes are straightened to OEM specifications. Zumbrota uses hydro-blast rinsing, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning.
