AAM 11.5-inch Axle Assembly 4.10 Ratio

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-255C is a remanufactured axle assembly engineered for specific Chrysler 11.5-inch applications. This remanufactured unit comes with a 4.10 gear ratio and is intended for 2010-2011 Dodge Ram 2500 4x2 vehicles. It utilizes an AAM 11.5-inch ring gear and is designed for models without Posi Traction. Please note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain ensures all tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications. Housings undergo rigorous testing for surface wear and cracks. A 100% inspection of all internal components, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutch packs, and carriers, is performed. Furthermore, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The housings are cleaned using a hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore them to their OEM finish. Correct rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements for precision setup and longevity.
