AAM 11.5-Inch Rear Axle Assembly 3.73 Posi-Traction

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-199B-P is a remanufactured complete rear axle assembly designed for 2009-2011 Dodge Ram 3500 DRW 4WD vehicles. This assembly utilizes an AAM 11.5-inch ring gear and a 3.73 gear ratio with Posi-Traction for enhanced performance. Each axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process. Zumbrota Drivetrain thoroughly inspects all components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All bearings and seals are replaced. Gears are meticulously inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and set to precise rolling torque specifications, ensuring longevity and quiet operation. The axle tubes are also inspected to meet OEM standards of straightness. Zumbrota employs an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on both internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process.
