AAM 11.5-Inch Rear Axle Assembly 4.10 Ratio G80

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2342B-P is a remanufactured AAM 11.5-inch rear axle assembly designed for 2015-2019 GM Silverado and Sierra 2500 and 3500 models with Single Rear Wheels. This assembly boasts a 4.10 gear ratio for optimal performance and includes the G80 Posi Traction system for enhanced grip. Zumbrota Drivetrain meticulously rebuilds each axle assembly to high standards, ensuring precision and reliability. The process involves thorough inspection of the housing for straightness, cracks, and wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected and tested. Bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are set for optimal tooth contact, rolling torque, and backlash for longevity and quiet operation. Zumbrota employs a proprietary cleaning process, including hydro-blasting and sandblasting, followed by a deep cleaning procedure. All internal and external parts are treated to bring cases back to OEM finish. This remanufacturing process includes a 100% replacement of bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. The axle tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications. It is important to note that this axle assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
