AAM 11.5" Rear Axle Assembly

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-199C-P is a remanufactured rear axle assembly specifically engineered for 2009-2011 Dodge Ram 3500 DRW 4WD vehicles equipped with a 4.10 Posi Traction differential. This unit is built to exacting standards, ensuring precision and longevity. The assembly features a full-floating axle type and comes with the differential cover included. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain meticulously inspects all housings for surface wear, cracks, and ensures tubes are straightened to OEM specifications. Housings are cleaned using a hydro blasting and rinsing process to achieve an OEM finish. Furthermore, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are 100% replaced with new parts. Internal components, including the ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, undergo a thorough inspection and testing to guarantee optimal performance. Zumbrota establishes correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements for precise setup and to ensure longevity. The correct gear backlash is also set to ensure proper gear lubrication and quiet operation. This axle assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
