AAM 11.5" Rear Axle Assembly 4.10 Ratio G80 Posi Traction

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2263B-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly specifically for GM 3500 DRW models from 2007-2008. This assembly is built around the robust AAM 11.5-inch ring gear and features a 4.10 gear ratio paired with the G80 Posi Traction differential for enhanced traction. Each Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process to ensure the highest standards of precision and reliability. This includes thorough inspection of the housing for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, such as ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. To guarantee longevity and optimal performance, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. Gears are meticulously inspected for proper tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, with backlash set precisely for quiet operation and proper lubrication. Zumbrota employs an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on both internal and external parts. This is followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process, setting a high standard for axle assembly remanufacturing and restoring housings to an OEM finish. The assembly is configured for vehicles with dual rear wheels, equipped with the JH7 brake option, and without the ZW9 cab chassis option.
