The Bosch ABS M5 Kit - Standard Kit is a sophisticated anti-lock braking system engineered for racing applications. This standard kit provides a foundation for custom installation, allowing users to specify the layout and length of the wiring harness according to Bosch templates, ensuring a tailored fit for individual race vehicles. The comprehensive kit includes essential components for a functional ABS system: the main ABS unit, master cylinder pressure sensors, a malfunction indicator lamp, a map selection switch for adjustable settings, an accelerometer and yaw rate sensor with a mounting plate, and generic wheel speed sensors. A custom vehicle wiring harness is also provided to facilitate integration. Further enhancing its versatility, the ABS M5 Kit features CAN output, enabling the transmission of critical sensor data like wheel speeds and acceleration/yaw rates. Users can select between 500kB or 1Mb CAN bus speeds at the time of order.
