Description

The Dorman 970-261 is an ABS speed sensor designed to supply information regarding wheel speed to the ABS computer. This sensor is often located at each wheel hub/rotor on 4-wheel disc systems or mounted on the differential housing for rear drum applications. When braking, if wheel speeds become unequal, the ABS computer uses this sensor's data to modulate the anti-lock feature.
