The ACDelco Professional Automotive AGM battery, model 48AGM, is engineered as a high-performance and durable upgrade from standard flooded lead-acid batteries. Its Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) technology ensures a 100% leak and spill-proof design, with the electrolyte permanently held in glass mat separators. This construction enhances safety and reliability. Performance-wise, the 48AGM battery boasts superior recharge capability, delivering up to three times more starts per cycle and producing more power. It features a Cold Cranking Amperage (CCA) of 760A for reliable starting in cold temperatures and a Reserve Capacity (RC) of 120 minutes, indicating its ability to supply power over extended periods without recharging. The battery has a 70 Ah capacity and an amperage for load testing of 360A. With BCI Group Size 48, its dimensions are approximately 10.9 inches in length, 6.9 inches in width, and 7.5 inches in height. The terminal type is SAE - Type A, with the negative terminal located on the top front left and the positive terminal on the top front right. This battery is designed for Automotive, Light Truck, and Commercial applications and comes with a 36-month/unlimited miles limited warranty.
