ACL Bearings' aluminum bearings offer enhanced construction and composition for superior strength, durability, and fit for OEM replacement needs. They are designed to withstand higher RPM conditions and feature a high strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties. They also have increased crush for improved bearing retention, elimination of flash plating on the back of the bearings to improve heat transfer and maximize grip, and increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high rpm and assist in forming hydrodynamic oil films. These bearings also feature tight consistent wall tolerances to help maintain consistent clearances.
