Overview

The ACL RACE Series engine bearing is a high-performance connecting rod bearing set designed as an upgrade for standard BMW connecting rod bearings. Manufactured in Australia, these bearings offer maximum performance with an additional built-in clearance of up to .025mm (.001") to help reduce wear and maintain engine tolerances. The RACE Series bearings feature a unique dark tarnished appearance, a result of their electroplated overlay, which is a specific design feature to ensure better bearing performance and housing contact by preventing overlay plate movement under high stress.
