The ACL 5M1051A-STD is a set of Aluglide main bearings designed for Chrysler 360 engines from 1971-1973. These bearings are made from Aluminum Tin materials, a traditionally strong choice for low-load, gas-powered passenger cars.

ACL's Aluglide technology features a strip-cast microstructure with careful heat treatment. This design provides superior bonding between the aluminum and steel layers, allowing the bearings to handle long-term maximum loads effectively. The harder surface of the alloy also offers reduced wear and minimizes shaft abrasion for an extended service life.
