The ACL 1B2500H-STD-2 is a set of two standard-sized rod bearings designed for high-performance applications. These bearings feature a high-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties and hardened steel backs to enhance bearing support and retention. The design includes increased crush for improved bearing retention and the elimination of flash plating to optimize heat transfer and grip.

Additional features include increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high RPM and aid in hydrodynamic oil film formation. The 3/4 grooved main bearings optimize load-carrying surface area and oil flow. Tight, consistent wall tolerances are maintained for precise clearances, and enlarged ID chamfers accommodate performance crankshafts.
